ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you enjoyed them! I'm working on finishing the third book in The Captive Series now but it will prob be a few months before it's done and out. I'm hoping to have the last book in The Kindred Series out this winter, but I will post updates and let you know if it's sooner. Thank you for your kind words they mean alot!

ReplyDeleteOMG!!!! Just finished reading all four books in kindred series in 2 days and was literally screaming as I read the last line. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HURRY WITH BOOK 5, but i dont want the series to end. I am patiently waiting for the release of books 3 & 4 of the captured series too!! Just want to tell you that you have just moved to the top of my list as my favorite author.. Keep up the good work!!
ReplyDeleteKindred is the best book series I've ever read and I'm so glad your making a 5th. when I read the end of the forth saying caddie died and Devon lost it I was about to break down crying. now that I know it's not the end I'm so happy! I hope it's a long book series. this book is the best and your the most talented writer of all time. as long as you don't end up in movies. some books are ment to read, not to be on a screen. but I hope that you make more than 5. I don't live near any friends so I spend my time reading. this book takes me into another world and makes me so happy.I can't wait to read the 5th and hopefully more of the kindred series. I would do anything to read more of kindred

DeleteI'm the kind of person that when I pick up a book that captures me I can't put it down. I picked up kindred and read it, within an hour of finishing I'd purchased and lost myself in Ashes. I've now read all four. I was captivated by the story and the characters. Though I can't help but wonder why Joey is still tied when he has telekinesis and could probably untie himself but perhaps he thought it safer to obey. You actually bought tears to my eyes more than once, not an easy feat. I really look forward to the next book.

Deletejust finished the 4th book in the kindred series,they were brilliant from start to finish, books you could lose yourself in. I was really sad when Cassie died and devon lost it at the end of the last book, so glad that you are bringing out a 5th book so we will find out what happens to them all.

DeleteMrs. Stevens, you are a true inspiration, im making my dad buy me book 1-4 of the kindred series and 1-2 of the Ravening series. I cried at the end of book 4 of the kindred series, I couldn't believe it, i got strange looks for crying on my bus for poor Cassie. You're the inspiration I needed to be a better writer, I'm best at poems but I've been trying stories and it wasn't going well until I read you're books :) Thank you for being a great role model for me!

DeleteWhen Will book 5 of the kindred series come out? While I was Reading book 3-4 of the kindred series I was listening to the song radioactive by imagine dragons and it made me think of Cassie when she escaped from the lab.

Then when left hanging on that series I moved on to Kindred, thinking, hoping that the series was complete, BUT, I totally loved it, I just have a really hard time waiting for the ending....

DeleteHi. I have been reading your 'Kindred' series via Kindle. I have enjoyed the escapism they provide. However, I have noticed a number of errors in the text. Whether this is just from the translation to a format that allows reading on a Kindle or an oversight of your editor I don't know. Just thought I'd let you know.

DeleteI came across your books because I was browsing through the supernatural genre on my kindle. I tried the first book in the Captive series and I loved it. I downloaded the free version of Kindred and I finished it within three hours. I bought the remaining three books the following day. I'm currently reading Inferno and I can't put it down. While there have been several typos, they haven't detracted from the novels so far. I'm impressed. I'm on pins and needles for the final installment of this series. These books are like entertaining black holes...they suck you in and you lose track of time. I love it!!!
